我们是谁

随行 AI 由随行 AI 团队开发和运营，目前处于内测阶段。本政策说明随行 AI 的 App、你的设备上运行的程序，以及我们运营的消息中转服务如何处理你的数据。联系邮箱：hello@suixing.ai。

我们处理哪些数据

• 你交给随行 AI 的任务和对话，以及它为你完成任务时产生的结果和通知。
• 你主动连接的账号，例如 Gmail。每个账号、每种权限（搜索、阅读、草稿、发送）都由你单独选择。
• 你授权的设备数据，例如日历、提醒事项、备忘录，以及 iPhone 上的健康数据（目前仅步数和睡眠）。每一类都需要你单独开启。
• 运行所需的技术信息，例如设备名称、App 版本和用于推送通知的设备令牌。

数据存在哪里、交给谁

• 你自己的设备。账号凭据、邮件内容、日历和健康数据保存在持有该连接的设备上。
• 消息中转服务。为了让你的多台设备保持同步，我们运营一个中转服务，保存任务消息和通知文本。它不保存你的账号密码或 Google 授权凭据。
• AI 模型服务商。完成任务时，随行 AI 会把完成这个任务所需的内容发送给你所使用的 AI 模型服务商（例如 Anthropic、OpenAI），由其按各自条款处理。
• 我们不出售你的数据，不用于广告，也不用你的数据训练通用 AI 模型。

Google 用户数据

当你连接 Gmail 时，随行 AI 只请求你选择的权限（只读、撰写草稿、发送），并且只用于你要求的功能：搜索和阅读邮件、按你的要求起草邮件、在你逐封确认后发送、在你开启后提醒你重要邮件。邮件内容只在完成你的请求所需时发送给 AI 模型服务商。我们不会把 Google 用户数据用于广告，不会出售，不会用于训练通用 AI 或机器学习模型；除非你明确同意、出于安全原因、法律要求，或数据已汇总匿名化，否则不会有人阅读你的邮件。

随行 AI 对从 Google API 获取的信息的使用及向其他应用的传输，将遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括其中的 Limited Use 要求。

你可以随时在随行 AI 的设置中断开账号（同时删除保存的凭据），也可以在 Google 账号权限页面撤销授权。

健康数据

健康数据只在你授权后于 iPhone 本机读取并显示，默认不会发送到任何其他地方。若将来你开启每日摘要，摘要只会发送到你自己的设备。健康数据从不用于广告，也不会出售。

保存期限与删除

断开连接会删除该连接的凭据。你可以随时发邮件要求删除我们中转服务中与你有关的数据，我们会在 30 天内处理。

儿童

随行 AI 不面向 13 岁以下的儿童。

政策变更

政策有重要变化时，我们会更新本页的生效日期，并在 App 内提示。

Privacy Policy (English)

What we process

The tasks and conversations you give Suixing AI and their results; accounts you choose to connect (such as Gmail), each with the permissions you select; device data you authorize (calendar, reminders, notes, and on iPhone, Health steps and sleep), each enabled separately; and technical data needed to run the service, such as device name, app version and push tokens.

Where it goes

Account credentials, mail content, calendar and Health data stay on the device that holds the connection. A relay service we operate stores task messages and notification text so your devices stay in sync; it does not store your passwords or Google credentials. To complete a task, Suixing AI sends the content that task needs to the AI model provider you use (for example Anthropic or OpenAI), which processes it under its own terms. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.

Google user data

When you connect Gmail, Suixing AI requests only the scopes you choose (read-only, compose drafts, send) and uses them only for features you request: searching and reading mail, drafting replies you ask for, sending a message only after you confirm it, and, if you turn it on, alerting you to important mail. Mail content is sent to the AI model provider only as needed to complete your request. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. No human reads your mail unless you explicitly consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.

Suixing AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect an account in Suixing AI's settings at any time, which deletes its stored credentials, or revoke access on your Google Account permissions page.

Health data

Health data is read on your iPhone only after you authorize it and is shown there; by default it is not sent anywhere else. If you later turn on daily summaries, they go only to your own devices. Health data is never used for advertising or sold.

Retention, children, changes

Disconnecting deletes that connection's credentials. Email us to delete data about you held by the relay service; we act within 30 days. Suixing AI is not directed to children under 13. If this policy changes materially, we update the effective date here and tell you in the app.
