服务

随行 AI 是由随行 AI 团队开发和运营的个人 AI 助手，目前处于内测阶段，只向受邀用户提供。使用随行 AI 即表示你同意本条款和隐私政策。

你的控制权和责任

• 你决定连接哪些账号、开放哪些设备数据，并可随时断开。
• 随行 AI 在发送消息或邮件、购买、分享内容等替你对外行动之前，会请你确认。你对自己批准的操作负责。
• AI 生成的内容可能出错。涉及健康、法律、财务等重要决定时，请自行核实，必要时咨询专业人士。
• 请勿用随行 AI 从事违法活动、骚扰他人，或违反你所连接服务的条款。

第三方服务

随行 AI 会调用你连接的第三方服务（例如 Google）和 AI 模型服务商。你对这些服务的使用同时受其各自条款约束。

内测与免责

内测服务按现状提供，可能中断、变更或停止。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用随行 AI 造成的间接损失承担责任。

变更与联系

条款有重要变化时，我们会更新本页的生效日期并在 App 内提示。问题请联系 hello@suixing.ai。

Terms of Service (English)

Effective October 24, 2026. Suixing AI is a personal AI agent developed and operated by the Suixing AI team, currently in private beta for invited users. By using it you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You choose which accounts and device data to connect and can disconnect at any time. Suixing AI asks for your confirmation before it acts on your behalf outside your devices, such as sending a message or email, making a purchase or sharing content, and you are responsible for the actions you approve. AI output can be wrong; verify anything that matters, especially health, legal or financial decisions. Do not use Suixing AI for unlawful activity, harassment, or in breach of the terms of the services you connect.

Suixing AI calls third-party services you connect (such as Google) and AI model providers; your use of them is also governed by their terms. The beta is provided as is and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, Suixing AI. If these terms change materially, we update the effective date here and tell you in the app. Questions: hello@suixing.ai.
